DATA PRIVACY NOTICE FOR STUDENTS, PARENTS, AND LEGAL GUARDIANS
A.Y. 2020- 2021

PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN who registers/assists a STUDENT-APPLICANT (current or former) who is a minor (below 18 years old), please note that this Policy refers to the personal data of your child or ward, as the case may be.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Dominican College of Tarlac may utilize personal data being collected to pursue its objectives. In particular, the personal data collected by DCT shall be used, among others, but not limited to:

  1. Evaluate applications for admission;
  2. Process confirmation in preparation for enrollment;
  3. Record, generate and maintain learners/student records for academic, co-curricular and extra- curricular progress;
  4. Establish and maintain student information systems;
  5. Provide necessary individualized academic support, including monitoring and reporting on their academic progress;
  6. Provide appropriate personal and social assistance to learners/students;

NOTICE OF CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

DOMINICAN COLLEGE OF TARLAC reserves the right, acting reasonably, to modify our Privacy Policy at any time at our sole discretion, and shall publish notice of any such modification on our website. It is advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Any modification is effective immediately upon posting.
